Best toast comes from a toaster not an oven

I always used a toaster oven until I got this to make better quality toast. It has surpassed my expectations and I look forward to serving myself better breakfasts

Good for now, needs longer life elements

Toasts fast, looks nice. Fits bagels and wide Slices. Heating elements don’t look like they are built for longevity like the old Sunbeam toasters.

Finally, I got a toaster that matches my lifestyle. This is one high and wonderful toaster for my gluten-free baked goods beautiful clean lines. Amazing.

After 3.5 years - Definitely Not Worth The Money!

As someone who has owned this toaster for 3.5 years - believe me when I say it's not worth the money. It was good for about 2.5 years and then it started physically falling apart. Cracks in the case, it started toasting unevenly - totally not worth the money. I held on for another year candidly because of how much it cost. I couldn't even give it away for free, ended up throwing it in the trash.

Disappointing Build Quality

Toaster looks very nice from the exterior but durability and operation have disappointed. Toasting button / lowering mechanism failed after two years of usage and toaster became unusable. Button gets stuck. The previous two years of usage we often felt like the toaster easily burns bread instead of allowing it to brown evenly. We did not have this issue with previous toasters.

Too of the line performance

Love this toaster. It toasts even the largest bagels evenly. Its sturdy and consistent and has a slim profile to fit in a kitchen with limited counterspace.

A Faux-Stainless Fiasco

The Zwilling Efigny is less a toaster than a countertop SUV. It hogs space like it’s squatting rent-free in your kitchen, yet still manages to toast with all the excitement of a beige filing cabinet. The “faux stainless” exterior is plastic in metallic drag, the kind of finish that would embarrass even a budget blender. Sure, it browns bread, but so does a campfire. If you want to spend extra for the illusion of premium, this is your toaster. If you want actual stainless steel, look elsewhere.

Bought because it’s nontoxic, I emailed them and it’s BPA, PFAS, formaldehyde, and lead free. Absolutely love how my husband and I can make 4 toasts at once for breakfast and it toasts wonderfully everytime.

This monster makes great toast

Does a great job evenly toasting bread. Bread toasts quickly. Saves time and keeps the inside of the bread tender under the crisp, toasted surface. Electrical plug is straight rather than flat, so the cord projects vertically from the wall. This pushes the toaster far from the wall into my counter work space. Easily fixed Zwilling... Toaster is too large. Much larger than my prior long slot, 4 slice toaster. Even the height is an inch higher than my old toaster. Smaller would be better....
