Great quality, good looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these as a gift. Very nice looking, well balanced, nice thin blades. Should be very good slicers. Look forward to complimenting these with a Santoku knife. The edge grind is a little uneven but should be easy to touch up. Evenso they are very sharp.

The joy of precision, quality, comfort and control

Exactly the right set to start off with, including a thoughtfully and tastefully designed block with built-in sharpener. I appreciate the slot for a santoku, a knife style I love using and, based on this set fully meeting or exceeding my hopes, one I have already ordered to complete this set. I will note that I am a small person with small hands, so it can be tough for me to find a knife that I can wield both comfortably and precisely without fatigue-- and because these knives are so well balan...

So far so good

These knives are excellent knives Hold there edge and the company stands Behind them I had. One knife blade break when dropped And the swilling company is replacing it They was vary quick to work at getting my replacement knife back to me I totally recommend these knifes to everyone
