Great Replacement
Would RecommendWe had a set of the Henckels 4-star steak knifes that were given to us as a wedding gift 45 years ago. Over time they slowly disappeared, so when I could only find 1 we decided to make the procurement to match our other Zwilling Pro series knifes. The quality is outstanding and am really surprised at the difference in ergonomics; perfectly balanced and fits my hand to a tee. These are super sharp. I look forward to years of use.
