Good little toaster
Would RecommendI’ve only had it a week and so far I like it. Toasts quickly and evenly. The outside case does get hot especially when toasting thicker things like bagels. Overall I am happy.

Would RecommendToaster is very nice looking and so far works well. I do wish the knobs for choosing darkness settings were better. Not easy to read and feel flimsy compared to rest of toaster

A just-right toaster
Would RecommendThis is our second Zwilling toaster. The slots are wide enough for a bagel or muffin half; the two-slot toaster doesn't take up a lot of room and the crumb tray underneath is easy to reach. We're very happy with our toaster.

Plastic burns and cracks
Would Not RecommendWe bought the toaster, kettle and matching blender. The white plastic lid on the electric kettle and the white plastic on the toaster has burned and cracked. On the edges of the toaster it has actually crumbled away. I am not sure these are heat safe. Both have had regular use. I would not recommend or buy these again.
