Would RecommendReplacing a door? Zip tape. Replacing a window? Zip tape. Installing zip paneling? Zip tape. Loud and annoying mother in law? Zip tape. Seriously this stuff is the greatest flashing tape. If you have ever used presto wrap or any of those tar based flashing tapes this is far superior. Unlike those products this stuff actually sticks, even when it's cold out. Just make sure to always ROLL THE TAPE! it's got a pressure activated adhesive and needs to be rolled. Grab a roll you won't regret it
My project called for duct tape but a friend......
Would Recommend... recommended Zip tape. This is super sticky! Much stickier than duct tape and worked like a charm on my hearse's torn vinyl top. Great product!

Would RecommendFirst time using the zip system and this tape is fantastic! Very sticky, so be cautious, but it can be pulled up before it's rolled to re-position. Once it's rolled, it's pretty much on forever! I'm VERY confident I will have no widow or sheathing wall leaks. It's also pretty easy to roll out, just use a sharp box cutter to cut it.
