YOU CANNOT SEE TOUCHSCREEN IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Would Not RecommendDO NOT BUY THIS LOCK. YOU CANNOT SEE THE TOUCHSCREEN IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT. So, it is useless if you’re in this type of environment. And YALE customer service is terrible.

Would RecommendNot being too savvy electronically after I outh the lock on the door with no problem I had to call the customer service for help in programming it but the explained all and with patience And also noted they are available 24-7 if u have problem ,being able to check my lock from my phone is comforting

Easy & Convenient
Would RecommendI installed this in under an hour. Super easy to use and set up. Love that you can use the app to unlock, my only gripe is I wish I could unlock with apple key and tap my phone or watch. You can still use your watch but you have to click a few buttons.

Would RecommendWe purchased kwik set lock prior to this and we're not impressed. We returned the other lock and purchased this Yale lock. It is worth the extra money!!! The quality and RELIABILITY are worth it.

Would Not Recommend48 batteries in 10 months. WiFi / Bluetooth rarely work. Support just leads you on. Auto unlock never works. If you do get one make sure you get one with a key, because you will be locked out.

Don't bother. It's garbage
Would Not RecommendI tend to be sympathetic with my reviews unless it's clear a product is faulty and this lock is faulty. Don't bother. It'll fail on you before a year and unfortunately seems to be common. Even with all new batteries, lithium or not, it'll just not work. I've read 'resets' are recommended but good luck doing that when it doesn't have any power. Just do yourself a favor and go with something that's made to last.
