Doesn’t work after less than 1y

Called customer service. Did some troubleshooting and the associate verified based on the information available from wi-fi the lock was not working. Wouldn’t provide replacement without proof of purchase, which I do not have. Going to need to replace the entire lock.

You need to make more big holes to go through

Maybe the best on the market but...

I've replaced 5 Schlege locks on 4 different properties with these and was impressed with the quality of construction. The Software control is important to me and it works fairly well but there is room for improvement on it. Technical Support is VERY good. In fact, even though the paper instructions are quite good and the App has step by step instructions for installing and setting up I DID need to talk with Tech Support for each installation. Wouldn’t work. Manufacture defect

After trying to install this unit for over an hour and it just wouldn’t work I discovered the problem. The deadbolt mechanism is designed to extend if needed for a larger hole. However when you fasten the two large screws that hold both the interior and exterior parts of the lock, the two guideposts tend to torque the deadbolt mechanism and it twists out or alignment. inconsistent

does not stay calibrated. get messages that's door is open when it is closed. recalibrate.. works for a while then same. then it didn't even lock automatically today. that's a big no for me.

Good but not great.

Met almost all my needs. But the instructions aren’t very good, the app could use some improvements, and the deadbolt itself feels a little flimsy.

Install went well. The product works great and looks great. The door closes and locks up smoothly. Love it

Lock failed within 10 days of install

The lock is bad, the customer service is worse. This lock failed within 10 days of installing it and Yale wouldn't refund the lock, just offered to replace it. This is the 2nd Yale Assure 2 that I've had fail within 6 months
