Happy with our purchase and its features.

We love the quick time buttons, the ability to turn off the turn table and that you are able to adjust the alarm/ beep. We are hoping this microwave lasts much longer than our previous one.

Don't Buy

The worst part is the beep it makes when the food is finished is soooooo low that you have to be standing right in front of it to hear the beep. In all the microwaves I have ever owned, I have never had one where the beep wasn't loud enough that I couldn't hear it in the next room. EASY TO INSTALL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the new one, replacing an older model Whirlpool microwave. It was the same wall bracket so no changes needed to be made, speeding up the process. It took a short time to get used to the different controls, but easy to follow. Some have complained about the end of cycle tone, but we like it since it is quieter.

A buzzer type sound would be better. 2. The hood light is not bright enough even on high. It looks like there are only 3 bulbs in the unit. 3. When using the Cook Time/Power feature, you have to enter 2 digits for the power level, example 20 for 20%. Why not just enter 2? 4. The inte...
