I have never had problems with these filters before but this time the water taste awful almost worst than straight from tap. Contacted Whirlpool direct they are supposed to send out replacements but have not seen them yet.

Glacial flower gone

I have a gravity feed spring that is on the side of the mountain, a couple weeks ago we had a mud slide that affected our spring. We cleaned it up but because of where we live we have Glacial flour or Granite ground up to smaller than .5 micron. There is so much of it in the water that the water looks dirty, but the whirlpool RO system took care of it. The rest of the house has what appears to be very dirty water, but the RO is perfect.

Reverse Osmosis is the best way

These filters really last us a long time. It is recommended after 6 months but sometimes we can almost go a full year. You will know when the water starts to slow as to when to change them.

Finally able to order the membrane I need.

I bought this water filter several years ago, and then struggled to find the correct filters. The membrane filter seemed to be unavailable. After awhile, I give up; but recently decided to look again. Lo and behold, I found it on the very website I had attempted to use unsuccessfully several years earlier; all i ever got were "out of stock" messages. Now I have; my water pruifier is working perfectly, and I am very, very pleased!

Cloudy water

The water is cloudy. Even after running it with the new filter installed for over 36 hours. I have replaced the filters in my unit several times and never experienced this issue. This is the first and last time I will buy filters from this site.

RO filter

Had this system for years. Only bad thing is the filters and membrane are pricy.

Order was received in a timely manner

The product I ordered was received on time and was correct.

Not a good replacement

One of the rings was deformed and the filters are clogged. Water flow is bad because of it.

Easy replacement

I bought the reverse osmosis replacement cartridges. They were easy to replace.
