Replaced filters now low water flow

Have this system for 12 years in our kitchen. Always been happy with the taste and operation of the filter system and recommended it to friends. Just replaced the filters (2 of them) after 6 months. The water flow is very slow now, has an off taste and is slightly cloudy. It does clear after standing a while in the glass. Giving-up

We have used this product for like eight years. Everything is OK except its duration. For the first a few years, it can last for a few months before the water flow became very slow. But in the past year, it becomes terrible, we need to replace it monthly. After about three weeks, the water suddenly become small. Unreliable But Good Water

I have purchased two complete units in a 3 year period and am now facing a 3rd unit because the locking tabs become slightly damaged while installing replacement filters. I've tried replacement with water pressure on (per instruction manual) and also with it off and I get the same results. The cartridges keep blowing off pouring water under our sink. My guess is poor quality of molding (see plastic burs inside pictures of brand new cartridges). Once they blow off, you are screwed and have to...

Have been using Whirlpool water filters in my kitchen for year. They do a great job, and they're very easy to swap out - just a 1/4 turn - no tools necessary.

Water smells and tastes fishy

I have had this system for years and the last two times we have had to change filters the water tastes and smells fishy. What has happened to these!!?? Never had problems before and the water runs very slowly for days.I need answers. Don’t want to change my system but seriously thinking about it.

Purchase like clockwork

I buy a new set of these every 6 months. Replace and put a reminder 6 months later on your calendar. Write the replacement date on the filter as a backup. Be sure to let it run for 5 minutes after replacement unless you like the taste of carbon.

Whirlpool under sink water filters.

We've been using these filters for about 7 years . They are easy to replace and last 6 months before new ones need to be installed. The quality of the water filtered is excellent. We use it daily either for drinking, making coffee on our automatic coffee maker or other miscellaneous kitchen needs. We recommend this product highly.
