I wish we had more space for a larger, freezer-bottom or side by side unit, but this is fine for now. Something that could be improved is the option of shelves that aren't wire racks. The majority of the rack space is wire and it's difficult to keep certain things upright, such as small-medium bottles. Energy-efficient Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge was given to me as part of a PG&E program to trade in my old refrigerator for a more energy-efficient one, and it's great! It's roomier and well-lit than my old one. Best of all it fit into the place where my old one was, I was afraid it would be too tall.

Repair Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to have multiple vendors come out as the first vendor did not have the certification to open the refrigerant box. The second vendor did not have the parts and had to order them with a 6 week wait time. No one should have to be without a refrigerator this long.

Review of new Whirlpool refridgerator

I've reached out to the company I purchased it from, as well as Whirlpool Customer Service. This refrigerator does not have an ice maker.

Works Fine but Need Better Shelf Designs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this fridge for about 2 weeks. So far it works fine except the motor is a bit louder than we would like. As for the designs, it would be nice if the shelves are adjustable by the door so we can adjust whatever height as needed. There's only one plastic shelf and the rest are wire racks, unfortunately. Wire racks are not great for storing small items on.

Stainless Steel 18.2 Cu. Ft of Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 25 Jun 2022 from local appliance sales small business. Great price, Ice maker already installed, a few minor dents on right side but overall looked good. Ice maker initially dumped water all over the freezer basin. I intervened into the owners manual and found water feed tube into ice maker was too short. Extended same and has been copecetic since. Is a bit noisey when the compressor cycles though.
