Glad I chose Lowes to buy a dishwasher!

lowes and the installer sent me notifications about the date of installation and times of arrival. They were on time and did a great timely job. Cleaned up like they were ever here

Not worth it

The pump went out only 17 months after it was installed, which was just 5 months after the warranty ended. It's slow, loud, and obviously not built to last!

Not a good product

I purchased this unit in June 2024. In May of 2025 the control panel stopped working and had to be replaced. Since it was still under warranty it was replaced free of charge. Currently the unit automatically comes on by itself and starts the washing cycle. So Whirlpool sent someone out give me an estimate. The technician gave me a quote of $517 which is about the same price as a new unit. This is unacceptable.

Poor Customer Service from Whirlpool

This dishwasher worked for about 1 year and 4 months which is conveniently just past the factory warranty. I contacted Whirlpool and they offered a warranty repair service for $400 which almost cost just as much as the dishwasher. I’ve replaced it and won’t be purchasing Whirlpool products again. I have no issues with Lowe’s as they provide great service.

This dishwasher works great. The adjustable racks makes easier to get all large dishes in the machine.

Nice dishwasher

Doesn't fit my space. the door opens, but the control panel is hidden under the countertop lip, so you’re stuck trying to slide your fingers into that tiny gap and guess which button you’re pressing. That’s not a usable install, and Lowe’s knows that. And you can see the back of wall. . I try lowes checking for exchange with front display.
