The control board has failed TWICE in 18 months. Once you finally get a service visit to diagnose the problem, it takes MONTHS for the service to obtain a replacement because the control board is a lemon on this model. During the brief periods this has worked, it cleans well.

Dishwasher is super quiet, and love the 3rd row on the machine. Very efficent and quicker than expected to clean. I would recomend this dishwasher to everyone.

Top rack doesn’t dry

Works OK, but the dishes stays wet on the top rack does not dry like my Bosch dishwasher did

Only 2 years old and broken.

I have had this dishwasher for 2 years and 1 month and it simply stopped working. I did not get the extended warranty. Whirlpool will charge you over $360 to fix it and be guaranteed for only 90 days. No thank you! That's over $1000 for the purchase price and repair in 2 years. I can purchase a new dishwasher for the repair price (NOT A WHIRLPOOL!).

Least disruptive dishwasher ever!

I love how quiet the product is! I can barely tell it is running even when standing right next to it.

It is not your top of the line dishwasher.

It is an alright dishwasher, slightly noisy but acceptable. Seems to clean pretty good. Having a hard time getting used to the spray arms alternating.

Tub leak at 1 year

Our dishwasher started to leak out of the bottom about 15 months after install. The repair tech removed the door and showed me where the tub was warped. He said the plastic like tub material is right below the heating element, which led to the warping and leaking. Poor design and nowboutside of the 1 year warranty. Do not recommend!

Control Board will fail in 2 years, Common Issue

At the 18 month mark, mine starts cycles all on its own. Many others online have the same issue. Whirlpool never sealed the doors correctly. Moisture will get into the door, condensation from the drying cycle will create short circuits on the control board, and you get a $500 repair out of warranty.

We are impressed at how quietly this dishwasher runs, and the third rack for utensils has been a game changer in our house.
