Failed after almost 3 years

This dishwasher began to fail after 2 1/2 years. It would randomly turn on and the buttons would not work. Whirlpool safety sent a technician who could not even do a diagnostic test due to a faulty control board & interface board. Quoted $470 to repair to even test it and Whirlpool claimed no safety concern or coverage since it’s fixable.

Looks Great

Very pleased with the dishwasher. It looks sleek and intergrates well with my othe stainless steel appliances. The interior is also very nice with stainless on the inside of the door. It was also good value for the price. Took off one star because the sound level is not as quiet as I anticipated. Also, the dish racks are not as thick and sturdy as my old unit. Overall, it cleans well and looks great, so I would purchase again.

Dishwasher

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall I am pleased with it but am not crazy about the operation buttons being hidden under my countertop. Also, there is no chime or light that indicates when the wash is done and I prefer to open the door and let my dishes air dry so I have to set a timer to alert me. Not a rave review but it was a good price and quiet so points for that.

The quality of the product itself in the work that it does is by far the best that I have experienced!

Great Communication On-Time

Was given a delivery window within a few hours of the online purchase, atypical 8 to 8. This left me, pondering here we go again, but surprisingly a couple hours later received an email with a four hour window, after I had requested a morning delivery if possible, 8-12. I was notified again via email, delivery on the way, with a link for tracking their geographic location, arrived at 8:15, took the old appliance, no issues, completed out the door by 8:25

Installation service is unacceptable.

Water will not drain. Do not like length of cycles. No owner's manual included.

Check for installation time frame

This is our second dishwasher of the same model. Very pleased, but either take it home when you purchase it or install it yourself. Whoever the third party company Lowes has hired to perform their installations has a lot to learn about customer relations. Ordered on Jan 26,2026. First heard of installation set for February 19 on Feb 2. Heard from dispatcher that the installer had an emergency on Feb 19 and needed to be rescheduled. Installation scheduled for Feb 27. no power after 5 months

used for 5 months, usually once sometimes twice a day. then today there is power to the machine but it will not turn on. none of the buttons light up or work. customer service only available for 8 am to 6 pm.

Didn’t last

I purchased this dishwasher 1 1/2 years ago. While at first I loved it as it cleaned very well, as soon as it hit a year, started having issues. The float would randomly not work, so it would overflow. The arm wouldn’t spray randomly so I would have to run dishes 2-3 times to get my dishes clean. Good dishwasher

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. The only thing I don’t like it’s that you have no idea how long the cycle will run for and the Jet Dry compartment is impossible to fill/know when it’s full.
