My wife loves her whirlpool dishwasher just got it

Cleans good

Didn’t last long

Bought this Oct 2023. Pump had to be replaced November 2025. Control panel being replaced March 2026. .It seems to be the start button but the entire panel has to be replaced. Replacement Item number has been changed so Whirlpool must know the originals were bad. But no recall Decided to fix rather than buy new problems. If you have old appliances have them fixed if you can. Very sad the state of the “disposable appliances “

broke 1yr3months after owning.

Just 3. mo. past warranty, dishwasher broke. Estimated cost of repair almost $300. Could almost buy a new one! The repair person said it was the pump, one of the more expensive things that can go wrong and very unusual for this new a model for it to go wrong. Talked to whirlpool and all they want to do is sell you more protection schemes at ridiculous prices, A 1 yer 3mo. old dishwasher should not break and I certainly will be avoiding whirlpool products in the future.

Easy to use and not noisy.

Missing circulation pump

I contacted whirlpool to which they told me that they were having trouble finding service in my area and that I would be contacted back in 3 business days. They never contacted me. carefully check the sales receipt before leaving .

Did not like the way the maintenance plan was added on my receipt and I was charged for the first month with out me knowing it.

Poor instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The install paperwork is terrible. It states watrr line provided. I was on phone 2 hours never got it resolved. I had to purchase one myself. No booklet to provide instructions on use ( different settings etc.)
