Would have been a 5 star review but the controls are a bit confusing. Would have liked a little louder cycle complete buzzer. Very quiet good looking machine.

Buy It for It's Size BUT THE USER INTERFACE IS BAD

I wanted a big load washer and this was big. The digital options were good for me to observe and modify the load. But OMG THE USER INTERFACE IS HORRIBLE! I've made 3 attempts to find out if there's an update to the User Interface, and no one seems to care. It must have been written by a faulty AI engine. Here are my concerns that I've sent multiple times. Critical issues: • The UI crashes, rebooting the washer about once/month. • Unplugging and plugging it in again is also needed once/month...

Sturdy and helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a week and a half ago. Put it to the test with the backlog of laundry. The preset cycles are great and it handles bulky items well. It doesn’t wtart walking away like other washing machines when I put a comforter or pillows to wash.

I don't use the dispenser below, as I like to control how much goes in, especially if I am washing items that have been in a top load, there is much too much soap that comes out of the garments. I also am not a big fan of the controls on the door...just a bit too low, going to make stands, may help....but when you need glasses to read....digital may not be all that attractive.

Dumbest washer and dryer set I have ever

By far the dumbest washer and dryer set I have ever purchased. It loses the Wi-Fi connection, and frequently need to be re-configured. Does not work with Alexa. It connects to Alexa without issues, but it doesn't do anything and there's no information anywhere on how it works with Alexa. I like the fact that you can use your phone to select cycles on the washer more than on the front control panel on the washer. The washer can be set to soak your load if it is heavy soiled. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I cannot emphasize how much I hate this washer. It is 3 years old. I just slipped and fell on detergent that had leaked all out of the drawer onto the floor. I have replaced the door/touch screen two times in two years. I had to buy an extended warranty to get the washer replaced once. I have replaced the detergent drawer (both bottom and top) twice. It has leaked water from the bottom more times than I can count. I am now buying a whole new set and having this trashed. It is beyond frustrating ...

I HATE THIS WASHER ! I HAVE TO USE DEEP WATER ALL THE TIME TO EVEN COME CLOSE TO GETTING THEM CLEAN. THE HAVE TO USE SECOND RINSE TO GET THE SOAP OUT !! I HATE IT. Great Washer

Be smart fabric dispenser is so convenient, and the features and options work wonderfully and it's very simple to figure out.

Front load WIFI washer with app !

WIFI connectivity and APP works OK, BUT after few washes we got several times RANDOM error codes that WATER WAS OFF. I had to cancel washing and restart and sometimes it worked and sometimes I had to restart again. Water supply never was off. Why anyone would close the water outlet to a washer during washing. Error always showed up at 37 mint before end of the washing cycle. After 20 washes I did UTILITY CLEAN ...

Don’t buy!

With anything electronic these days, it appears to be glitchy from time to time. Same for the dryer. Don’t recommend. They don’t make them like they used too. Fancy looking but cheap parts and an expensive price tag. It seems like the fancier they are, the cheaper they are made with whirlpool
