Wonderful Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the finest and most extraordinary washer that my family has ever experienced. The control panel is straightforward and very easy to use. The most important thing however is that the clothes come out perfectly cleaned. It simply is the best.

Bad experience

Worst experience, all the parts replaced twice still the issue is not resolved.

Disappointed

Washer does not do a good job cleaning and has loud vibration. The appliance was purchased a part of a builder appliance package. The builder did not warranty the product and Whirlpool would not honor the 30-day return policy

I want more water in the tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you have sweat soaked, soiled dirt mud Etc, clothing. You need considerably more water in the tub to float that nasty stuff away. That's the only thing I am disappointed about that machine is the fact that it does not put enough water in the wash tub. Just provide the consumer with a simple switch to either wash in economy mode or laundromat style mode.

It's a piece of crap roke after not even 2 years

I hope when the tech comes and looks at it they will work out all the kinksin it so it proforms at top best.

Holds very large load

Light loads, No soap needs to go.

The washer gave me problems for two years after purchase. FINALLY after numerous service calls and the associated expense therefore the problem was resolved.

Awful

Boots keep getting holes in them so we have to keep replacing the boot.

Requires Cleaning Cycle Often

I've never had a washing machine with a warning to clean machine. Had to buy the special detergent. What a waste of money and water.

Terrible Computer Display, Decent Washer (Mostly)

Once you can get the washer running the cycle (IF it makes its way through the whole cycle), it's fine. Looks nice but SLOW and Vibrates horribly

Wanted a front-load machine, after reading a bunch, went with this one. Unfortunately, it has wobbled from the start, despite multiple attempts at balancing the feet AND it takes FOREVER to wash. It will show a 54 minute cycle, but that may take 2 hours. Also, even a small detergent pod/pac can make it suds up so much that it has to drain all the water, wait for the bubbles to dissipate and then rewash (multiple times). Defective Plastic Casing - Motor Stopped Turning

4.5 year old Whirlpool model WFW5620HW0, serial C907 51176, washer with defective plastic casing caused leak of drum water into bearing and seized. Stopped motor from turning drum. Purchased at Lowe's in Colorado on 3/9/2019, price $809.00.
