Installers don’t always know what they’re doing
Would RecommendIf it works, I like it, if it doesn’t, I don’t. This was part of an install and the first installers said it wouldn’t work with the appliances I purchased. Lowe’s ordered the exact same set, sent another pair of installers and it worked. So, it seems to be working and I’m good with it.

Would Not RecommendLowe’s sent me the wrong stacking kit when the washer was delivered so the guys told me to order the correct one and left my washer side by side it’s my dryer where I can’t even close the laundry room door. I’ve called Lowe’s several times and can’t even get through to a person. Worst choice to buy the washer and dryer. I paid to have my old washer and dryers removed and new ones installed and here I am two weeks later with an incomplete job!!
