Terrible Washer

Terrible machine, extremely loud, clothes are extremely wrinkled once cycle is finished, cycle ending notification cannot be heard & you can’t turn it up. So sad that I chose this machine, absolutely hate it!

First “smart” washer. App is funky. Don’t know if I’ll like it or not. Good capacity and clothes are clean.

Removable agitator

Only have had it for 6 days. I like that the agitator is removable. I dont like that today, it had an error message that there was no water, there was. Just restarted and it was fine

The absolute noisiest washer I have ever owned.

My first washer was in 1982 and a GE. It was in our kitchen. I never took note of it being this noisy. Not a fan of the Load And Go, either. It won't let you add the liquid detergent for each load as you normally would. My confidence level that the load is getting the proper amount of detergent is low.

I got this washer about a month ago and have used it twice. I wish the manuel came with it because the website is not giving me instructions either. It loaded water, said it was soaking my clothes for over 3 hours, then it emptied and refilled. This is terrible, not I am trying to wash a delicate load and found liquid detergent from my last wash still in there. DO NOT BUY! The washer keeps breaking

Bought this about 3 months ago. Had it for one day and got a F6E1 error. Happens during a wash where the ACU cannot communicate with the washer. The washer stays locked and you cant remove your clothes from the washer. Took 6 weeks for the repairman to replace the part. The washer lasted for 1 week before the same error occurred. Worst purchase I have ever made.

Amazing and Looks Nice

It is not white, which is typical and all an illusion of something that washes clean. This chrome shadow machine is the best machine that cleans the dirtiest of dirt out of all kinds of clothes. No pre-wash needed, just hit "heavy duty" and you will get your clothes and other fabrics clean on the first run through. It is not your usual white for a reason, it doesn't have to look like a washer, but it is an amazing washer! I am thrilled with my family of messy people!

Delivery sucks

I paid extra to have my new washer installed, buy when the truck arrived, the lazy guys said that couldn’t install it! I’m 71 years old and my husband is in the hospital again his just had a hip replacement surgery. I begged and I pleaded but they said my hookups are to old. I had to do my self. Took me 4 hours!
