I love the 3rd shelf that is higher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the 3rd shelf esp. for serving spoons and spatulas. I dis like the door that must open fully to put dishes on the bottom rack I have short arms and can not reach the rack with out moving to the side. It also washes the dishes faster than any other dish washer.

Hidden top rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference in my dishes. I forgot what clean dishes meant until I bought a new whirlpool. The top 3rd rack is awesome for large silverware. No complaints thus far.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it 3 times since purchase. It takes me a bit to get enough dishes to fill it. So far every dish has come out crystal clear and clean. I even had a cutting board that I thought I'd be throwing away and it looks brand new now. I wasn't sure I'd like the 3rd rack at the top, but I now see its uses and love it.

Less load capacity

awesome dishwasher

Really like the black stainless. all my other appliances are just black, but it matches very well.

Undependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 yrs 3 month old, stopped working. Showed pump malfunction on diag screen. Out of warranty Replaced wash pump as it didn’t work in function test. Replaced turbidity sensor and water inlet switch. Spent a lot of time and money. Still didn’t work. Won’t purchase Frigidaire products anymore.

Great So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this one to replace an equivalent Whirlpool that lasted over six years (running every day). That one was still working (washing), but the heating element for drying failed. This model has several new features we like such as the serving utensils tray and a single silverware basket. So far, it has performed very well.

Quiet as a whisper!

Very quiet but no wine stem holders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our 20 year old Whirlpool dishwasher. It is very quiet and seems to clean the dishes well. So far, it has left things pretty wet when we open it the next morning, but we've only used the heated dry option. One thing we miss with this model is wine stem holders to help hold up wine glasses. I didn't even think to look for those when I was researching dishwashers. Otherwise, we're pretty happy with it.

Nice dishwasher
