Unhappy. Removed my dishwasher BEFORE checking their box. Theirs was damaged.so now original dishwasher is in the garage and I’ll have to pay to have it reinstalled! Lowe’s customer service is abysmal. After waaaay too long on the phone I finally got a refund.

Needed to replace two dishwashers. Opted for this model thanks to strong reviews and great Lowes Black Friday price (2 for $1200/delivered). Installation relatively straight-forward EXCEPT in both installs, cross-threading occurred at the intake valve. Thankfully, the first one was easy to identify as water squirted once water turned on. What difficult a purchase and journey! THE PURCHASE: We ordered a dishwasher on 8 Nov 2025 and it was installed by a Lowe’s approved installer on 13 Dec 2025. During that time, we continuously had charges added and dropped on our credit card. Each time Lowe’s re-applied the charge to our credit card, Lowe’s would get a rejection. Please save yourself the headache and move on to something different! This dishwasher ran PERFECT for one year, then the nightmare began. Long story short, my dishes come out worse than when I put them in and I am an individual who rinses off her dishes before loading them. I tried several different detergents, rinse aid, cleaned all filters and now I HAVE to clean out the jets (rotating arms) every single time before I run the dishwasher.
