Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works fine, but they digital controls make little sense. In order to use most of the controls, you have to pull out the manual to determine what setting to use for the particular item being prepared. Unless, of course, you have a photographic memory.

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason this did not get a higher rating is that my last microwave, in comparison to this one, spoiled me. The old had a control panel / functions that made using the device simple and quick. Not so much this whirlpool.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement microwave, and it is a bit different from others we have had. The "tone" is very high pitch, and my husband cannot even hear it, but I love it. I wish it had a potato option but other than that it is just what we need.

Would Not RecommendI think this microwave was designed by a team of people who have never used a microwave! The "handle" is located on the bottom of the microwave door.
