The dryer does not dry the clothes unless I change normal load heat to high. Maybe it takes time to get use to another dryer…. The lint filter, which after drying should wipe right out takes doesn’t come clean?

Issues with not heating. Ugh.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Specifically, this dryer appears to not heat if you open the door once it’s started (like to add a piece of clothing.) This is a brand new unit in a newly remodeled home with new electric and plumbing. The third time we used the dryer it didn’t heat. (We had added an item after starting.) Had to unplug it and plug it back in, which seemed to do the trick. But when we opened it to see if the clothes were hot (they were) it stopped heating again...

Great product, failed installation

What we find most frustrating about dryer is the auto/sensor dry never dries clothes completely even on "very dry" setting. While the washer and dryer are aesthetically pleasing we find their functionally average or somewhat disappointing.
