Stopped Working

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Was in new condo we purchased. From beginning needed to troubleshoot. Now stopped working completely. Door will not unlock even after calling for help at Whirlpool. Service is coming on November 15 2019.

Simple to use

Mediocre

Bought this a year and a half ago. Not my favorite washer. I have always left the door open after using, and the liner is filled with mold and smells horrible. It washes satisfactorily, but doesn't have enough options. And when you add the detergent, don't leave the door ajar. I went to get another garment, came back and the soap had dispensed, run down the open door and onto the floor!

My Clothes do not get clean

NON ADA compliant

I called to ask whether this would be ADA compliant, as stated below in the specs, and was given the answer by "Sarah" that this is not listed as an ADA compliant appliance in their "internal list". She would not even clarify that the compliance was met by means of use of a pedestal. Then she had no answer as of why the statement on the website was false, and which one should have I trusted as true for a real ADA compliant appliance. Is this professional?

Started malfunctioning in 14months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked well for the warranty period of 1 year and 1-2 months later the screen stopped working most of the time & the washer occasionally gets stuck in a cycle & needs to be restarted.

Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice washer! I do miss the Bulky Bedding feature I had in the model I had in my apartment. This came with the house I just purchased. Easy to use and the right size for me.

Poor Performance - Don't Buy!

My machine was new November 1, 2016 and it quit working totally June 11, 2016 - 2 1/2 years. Replacement parts about $400 plus labour - not worth it so have to buy a new machine. Has had door lock and drainage issues for over a year.

A product everyone should buy right this instance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine washes clothes quietly and is perfect to wash clothes any time of the day unlike other washing machines. It has many features and makes an average amount of noise when the wash cycle is done. The wash cycle signal is not obnoxiously loud like other machines. Great product! Would recommend everyone to buy. Great machine, that washes cleanly and efficiently.
