MOLDY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this washer since 2019 and it is terrible for mold. it started to accumulate mold within the first year or two.

Washing a single heavy item

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Washer works well except when I want to wash one heavy item such as one cloth jacket. The washer gets unbalanced and shuts down. I didn't want to put a towel in with it to try and restore balance. I was afraid the lint from the towel would get all over the jacket. Next time I will try putting a second dark jacket in the wash to see if they balance each other. Any other ideas? Thanks, Stan Peck

Whirlpool Washer

Good size for my large towels, rugs and coats

Mainly Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the machine. Every once in a while it stops before cycle is complete. When that happens you have to start over with the cycle or drain it.

Excellent front load washer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer came with the new condo I bought. I had another front load washer that I was not a fan of so was a little leery about having another front loader but this one won me over! The previous machine took well over an hour per cycle and I had to drain it after the last load to avoid mold/mildew formation. This washer works very well, the cycle isn’t too long and you don’t have to drain it. It is also very quiet. I love it!

Not good if you have pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Constantly throwing codes because dog hair plugs up the little drain holes. Power turns off alot and wont work until i unplug it for several mins and reset it.

Hot water problem

I loved my previous whirlpool washer that had the fan fresh option of tossing clothes to prevent souring. This one didn't have that feature. It also ruined many of my fine washables. I noticed that clothes washed in delicate/cold were very warm when the cycle finished. I saw online that many of these washers have electronics that are mixed up and heat cold water by mistake. I bought a V fitting so that both water lines connected to my cold water only in case the water lines were mixed up. The wa...

JUNK!

This washer has never worked right. I haven't even had this washer for three months and it won't work at all. As a matter of fact this is our third lemon washer from Lowes in Glenwood Springs Colorado. Now I get to deal with the crappy warranty department that they offer. The guy who does the service calls for Lowes takes MONTHS to fix appliances. They won't hire a new company to do their warranty work either. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Lowes again.

Very happy with my purchase

I love how my clothes look when it's done and I love the soft quiet of machine"s operation. We have a 7 month old baby and another child, so we do a lot of laundry. The machine is used daily. In short am very happy with purchase.

Great value
