Would RecommendThis replaced a ten year old Whirlpool water softener that had the electronic control module that die. Installation was very easy, with no problems programming it. It’s nice to have soft water again! One improvement that Whirlpool made was adding a plastic cover to help keep moisture from getting to the electronic control module - time will determine if this is effective.

Fine machine that lasts along time
My old whirlpool softener died after 12 years, I had to rush out and get another one. Total time to change out was 4 hours , but now the water tastes better than before. I am glad it is changed out.
