Easy to install , ifficient
Our well water has been through 2 softeners in the last 17 years purchased through Menards for the rebate; however we decided to try the whirlpool 33000 since it was very similar but with some slightly better reviews. We have had it only a few weeks but the ifieciency has been noticeable. Quieter when running and the water is soft without drying out skin nearly as much. Longevity? We will see. Happy so far!

Would RecommendThese softeners work great and are easy to install as long as you get one with the same hook ups. This is my 3rd one over 30 years. They really only last about 10 years but they are cheap enough so there's that. Our water is really hard so we can tell the difference and are much happier with soft water.
