Whirlpool washer is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought tis washer about 3 weeks ago and we are very happy with it. Works a lot better than the previous. We use it on quick wash most of the time.

Low End Appliance

Good economic washer

Okay washer for basic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a washer the builder of my home put in here. I like the washer except that it does not have a place to put the soap. You have to put it right on your clothes. Nor does itbhave a buzzer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave it a four star was I don't like how one has to start and stop the machine. If I forgot to put something in the washer and open the door and then close it I have to press the button. All old washers when you did this it would automatically start without having to press the start button. Other than that the machine seems to be doing the job.

Not good.

It's not working as it should. 9 times out of 10 the machine goes thru the Fill, Wash and Rinse cycles only to circle back to "WASH" and stall out. That means I have to completely restart the load making it almost double the time for a load to finish. Sometimes it won't finish and I simply "drain and spin" so it can be done. Get any other model

I’ve had 2 of these exact whirlpool models . My first one fried 4 circuit boards within 8 months before whirlpool would replace it . Got the replacement and 4 months later the circuit board is fried. Was extremely difficult getting Whirlpool to do anything for the warranty other than replacing the circuit board . Learning curve but good.

While we were looking forward to having and using a brand new washing machine after using our last machine for about twenty five years. Well, let me tell you,it’s definitely a learning curve, having done laundry the same way for so many years. Product failure; brand erosion

This is a product failure. The drain pump stays on endlessly due to a faulty control board. I’ve had mine for just over two years and had this failure twice. Previous Whirlpool washer lasted 18 years without a repair. Not the same reliable brand it used to be.
