Makes loud noises after the load is done. 1 1/2 yr

It was a good machine when I first bought it, 1 1/2 yrs. ago. But it is making loud noices after the machine has stopped. I called Whirlpool and they offered no help at all because the 1 year warranty is over (that's sad for a major appliance) Whirlpool, your products are not as good as they used to be. It's all about the money everywhere you go. Now I have to find someone to fix an almost new machine, pay out of my own pocket for something that should STILL be under warranty.

Run away

Bought one. I’ve had chewing gum last longer. Buy the upgrade from Ben’s lasted another week. Expensive junk! Leaks, don’t spin, makes a a noise that will wake the dead. Seriously I thought after all these years Whirlpool would know how to make a washing machine. I was wrong. My old Roper lasted 10 years . Wish they still sold them.

No timer, can’t do “large loads” doesn’t drain wel

Our old washer was over 10 years old when our dryer went out so we decided to replace both at once since we have a baby on the way and it’s my biggest regret. This washer is awful. First of all, the “water sensing” features will leave you with clothes at the top that are unwashed. I started using the deep water cycle for everything which is ridiculous but the only way all my clothes/items get clean. It holds half the amount of my previous HE washer and there’s no timer so I have no idea how long...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a really good job cleaning the clothes, takes a bit longer than what I'm used to,but have noticed clothes being cleaner. The one thing I don't like is I can't run water to add the soaps before doing a load.

Disappointed

Sadly, I was mistaken, and this machine is awful. Even after trying multiple settings and load sizes, clothes are not getting clean. Fresh pet and food stains do not even get rinsed away. Clothing still smells like body odor after washing. After disabling the lid lock to watch a load in progress, I noticed the agit...

It's OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like that the only options for water level are "deep wash" or to use the "sensor." I found that when I used the sensing mode for water the items on top did not get wet and the detergent didn't all wash out, so I just do deep wash for everything... even if I have a smaller load. It defeats the purpose. There's also no timer so you just have to guess when it will finish the cycle. It's also pretty small, it doesn't really hold many clothe...

Kinda loud

This new appliance alleviates the headaches of hour long washing times and balance sensors not functioning anymore causing machine to stop, reset and start over for another hour. Easy to install, great value and simple to operate

Quirky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s difficult to figure out how to start this machine. Can’t leave it on the Normal setting and push the start button. You must switch it from the Normal setting and then turn it back to Normal if that’s the mode you want. Also, make sure you push the start button firmly and hope for the best
