What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the product for effectively removing mold, mildew, and algae from outdoor surfaces with minimal effort. Most highlight its simplicity—attach to hose and spray—with visible results within days or weeks on siding, roofs, and concrete. The "wet and forget" approach is frequently cited as a major advantage. However, many report nozzle issues including twisting, detaching, or inconsistent spray, with effective range closer to 15-20 feet rather than advertised 30 feet. Some note variable results in shaded areas requiring multiple applications. Despite hardware concerns, most customers consider the cleaning performance worthwhile for routine maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to get the dirt and algae greenish color off of my porch fence and railings and it did an amazing job. It really brought it back to white white. I was impressed and will do it again in a couple of months. 5 stars !

Spray it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to follow instructions and even easier to use. You just hook it up to a hose, spray it and it works on its own. I deducted a star because I needed to spray it a few times to see real progress but with how simple it is to apply - I did not mind it much. Would definitely use it again.

This is a two person project!
As there is no water control valve on the bottle, have someone turn on the faucet for you once your spraying site is chosen. Product sprays immediately once the faucet is open!

Turned my concrete brown
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did nothing but make my concrete brown!! It looked worse after the application. My husband even tried a second application the next day but this time scrubbed it with an industrial push broom - no change, still brown. We are going to have to pressure wash the concrete and hope for the brown to go away. Additionally, read the warning label and instructions. I originally planned to use this on my patio near the pool deck. The warning...

It’s a no for us
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well we waited and tried this for a week straight. We did one area waited a day then did it again. Total of 4 times and saw no results. Did exactly how instructions said and it’s a no for us. The smell is a little bit of a chemical smell so if you’re sensitive I wouldn’t use it.

I’m impressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this stuff works!! We did our fence gate and you can see what a difference it made compared to my neighbors gate on the left which still has mildew buildup. The application was so easy and required no effort! I can’t wait to see how this does on our bricks by our second story windows which have mildew/algea buildup.

Who doesn’t like Easy?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried wet and forget mold and mildew remover and overall had a great experience with it. The packaging was great and easy to connect to the hose and turn on. I use this probably six different times before it was empty. I would imagine it just depends how much space you have to cover. I use the side of my house which to be fair was painted within the last year or so so I would imagine on vinyl fencing or siding on the side of the hous...

Works well and is easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to thank Wet & Forget and Influenster for sending me this Xtreme Reach Hose End Moss, Mold, Mildew & Algae Stain Remover in exchange for an honest review. I have a retaining wall in my backyard; my backyard neighbors insist on overwatering their yard, so most of the water flows down into my yard. I’ve taken steps to improve the drainage and spoken to my neighbors several times, but one result of this is that my wall is frequently ...

Great for siding!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been a bit cold lately so using this hasnt been a great idea. Used it anyway and after a but saw the side of my house looked good, but the stain on my cement hasnt gone. Not entirely too sure how many repeats i need to go over 1 spot, but we'll find out! I like the ease of hose attachment. I love the ease of the spray lock too! Not having to worry about it just blasting everywhere while the water is turned on is a nice touch!

Wet and forget
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used wet and forget in my backyard. I have an outdoor patio and umbrellas and this really helps clean it. I just attach it to my hose and spray. No scrubbing needed. It is also bleach free so that is a plus. It works on any outdoor surface. I even sprayed my roof with this and the walls.

Easy use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy easy to attach to the water hose. Makes the job more simple. Where we are surrounded by the pool and trees it’s nice to find a product that is simple and resulted in a cleaner service without a ton of scrubbing

Good stuff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wet & Forget Xtreme Reach Hose End Moss, Mold, Mildew & Algae Stain Remover was a big help when we had to pressure wash out driveway. I definitely made the process quicker. I sprayed it on and let it sit while I was hooking up the hose to our pressure washer. I also sprayed it on our hose under the a front window. Didn't strip the paint. Nice

Overpriced and no longer an effective product.
Would Not RecommendPlain and simple. Product left most of the mold and mildew on my deck and siding after using. I’m very disappointed and now have to buy and pay for another product to get the job done. Double the money out of my pocket and time from my busy life for a product that I use to be able to depend on.

Will be using again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was soooo easy to use, and the container provided great coverage. We have a large patio and we were able to cover the whole thing with less than half the solution. I love that there is no scrubbing and no actual cleaning involved. It seems like it takes care of some build up, but ultimately it probably works best as a preventative rather than a treatment. I would recommend a good pressure wash and then using this so you don’t have to p...

Worked well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really worked wonders on this dirty stain we developed on the side of the house. The hubby did have to do a couple of applications / washes combined with a pressure washer but in the end, Wet & Forget was awesome. Easy to use!

Will try again, since I had some tough stains
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wet and forget Extreme reach hose was okay. I won’t give up on it yet, as the driveway needed a lot of help so it’s better than it was and I will try it again.

Hopefully it’s good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Wet & Forget for free in exchange for this review. My area is very dry so the stain remover is not of that much use. But if you live in moist area, it’s easy to use. Connect hose to the tip and spray. I sprayed a little bit at the corner of my garage. Hopefully it will help.
