Great generator

Got this generator recently and am very happy with the sound volume and fuel consumption. For my purposes, this is all the generator I need and it is easy to use and maintain.

New Westinghouse Generator Purchase

Recently bought the Westinghouse igen2800, a necessary item in FL. Followed the first time start up menu and it fired up easily. I connect a freezer full of food and it handled the load easily. Ran it for 15 mins w/no problem. Do not know how long it will run yet but am confident since it is a Westinghouse product.

Just received

I just received my generator yesterday. I have not used it yet but I am very impressed with the design and the sturdiness of it.

Great Product

Runs quietly and easy start up! Instructions in the box were great. Use tailgates and when power goes out!

Pleasantly surprised

I bought this generator three years ago. I bought another one a year later with the parallel cables but never used any of them. I gave the newest one to a friend when I moved last year. Lucky I had this one. Hurricane Helene came through and this kept me from loosing my food in two large refrigerators. It also ran my WiFi, my tv, and tankless water heater controls. I am now considering the 12500 watt tri fuel for whole house use. Thank you for a great product.

NEW TAILGATING GENERATOR

Bought this generator about 2 weeks ago for football tailgating specifically. Works well! Powers all sound equipment, crockpots, TVs, etc.

I bought this because I heard it was going to be a rough hurricane season. My little town of Douglas was demolished. This Generator has been a live saver and has ran multiple appliances. I will definitely buy another to pair with it! No regrets here!

Works good so far

Bought this generator a few months ago, have not needed to use for true outage yet but ran a couple times for break in and hooked up window ac for load second time without problem. Not quite as quiet as I expected having run a honda inverter gen before but definitely better than open frame ones I have used. Also purchased a magnetic dipstick at recommendation which worked well collecting metal shavings on break in cycle. Easy to start and control panel is easy to use, only issue was that the man...

Gas to propane,lots of power

It has enough power to run what I need it to run when the storms & hurricane come& being able to switch over to propane is definitely a major pluz

Senior that loves her generator

I bought this about two months ago and I am 75 years old. We love his generator and proud to get a great piece of equipment we got the WGEN9500c every time I put This numbers in it comes up different But it is a 9500 generator

Great Little Generator

This is an excellent generator for an emergency backup. It is easy to setup and comes with everything ( except gas) to get it going. It takes about 25 minutes to prep the generator for first use. Service access is easy with side panel removal as it comes with a great oil fill tube that prevents oil spillage when filling. Awesome Generator so far

I just bought this and it is still in the break in period. It seems to be well made and has some good features, like the data center. It provides useful info. So far I like it but it has a couple of minor improvements I would like to see. The main one is the screws that hold the cover on. I would prefer that they be 1/4 turn with a fold down wing nut design or something else that doesn’t require a tool to remove. Great little generator !

I purchased the iGen 2800 in late July. We were so impressed by how quiet and how much power it put out. We ran our tv, internet, direct tv, room air conditioner, and two fans. With all that it was only at 25% load. Liked it so well, we bought a second one for our daughter who lives in the city and has all underground utilities. Hope she never needs it, but at least it gives me peace of mind. By draining all fuel and running until it completely empty, it should last for years without any problem...
