I’ve been using this 4-ft ladder for a variety of household and light professional tasks, and it’s been excellent. It feels sturdy and well-built, with good footing and solid spreader locks. The height is perfect for ceiling work, light fixtures, painting, and reaching shelves without feeling unstable. It’s lightweight enough to move easily but still feels secure when standing on it. Overall, very happy with the quality and performance for the price.

I ordered product online. When i picked up my order, the item looked liked it was already used. it was supposed to be a gift. Lowes rep said they had more in stock, but could not find them to replace the one that looked used.

Lowes Won't Honor Deals

Not really a review on the ladder as I never received one from Lowes. I bought online and waited 3 weeks just to have them auto cancel my order. I even walked into a store to check if there were any in stock. None, but customer service confirmed it wont get canceled. Got an email.. CANCELED.

Buyer Beware!!

Purchased online on black friday for $27.06 Foot padding on one leg was not properly assembled. I took it back to Lowes to exchange. Told no exchanges must be purchased again at current price which was $39 +tax. Instead of getting a great deal I ended up spending more than i should've. Very upsetting 😡 I did contact customer service 1-800# to resolve this issue. Still waiting!!

Got it for 25 bucks on a Black Friday sale! For its weight rating it is very sturdy. I would look into the next class up if you’re very close to the weight rating though
