This is the best step stool for household use I have ever had. Unfortunately, the one I bought was lost in moving and I have been unable to get another. :(

Great for seniors.

This is the perfect stool for two over age 65 to reach upper kitchen, laundry room and other high storage areas. We should have bought one years ago.

Danger fell apart!!

Changing light bulb , this later broke into pieces, Very dangerous, Wields broke without warning. My back is killing me as i ended up on the flood, I weight 187 pounds and did not abuse this product in any way.

Poor Design - Easy to miss steps

I've very used to climbing on ladders and have gotten on 100's of roofs from an extension ladder. This step stool looked nice and seemed quite stable. What I didn't notice was that the steps are small and are partially under the previous step. After using it several days in a row, I missed a step and came down so hard on the foot that I broke my leg. This is not a SAFE Stool. Extra caution is needed to be sure you bring your foot inward as you lower your foot to the step below. Will be returning...

Perfect

This ladder is just what we needed to reach upper shelves and cupboards in our old house. It also works well for cleaning some upper wall areas that could not be reached with our other equipment.

Solid choice for the price

I needed a stepladder to change out bulbs on a 9 foot ceiling, and this ladder did the job well. It’s solid enough for household use by average size adults, but probably not heavy duty enough for a worksite.

Sturdy

Haven't used much yet as I just purchased it. The quality seems good and sturdy. Perfect for what I wanted. Didn't want something heavy to lug around the house this fits the bill. Plus the 3rd step helps you reach taller heights rather than the 2 step ladder. Perfect!

Love this ladder!

Bought two for our house; so the husband had the dirty one for the garage and I had a clean one for the house. And then I bought one for my mom for mother's day (I know, I'm a little early, but....)

Lighter weight but sturdy

I picked this over the steel one which is much heavier. It is used in our kitchen to reach higher cabinets. At first my wife felt it was too much heavier that the old one we had, however after checking them side by side, she decided the little bit of addition weight was worth the sturdyness of this one. In addition the handle is a little bit higher than our old one, providing that little bit more security.

Best. Step Stool. Ever.

Though I am only 5’3”, I can easily stand on the top stool and feel safe because the stability of this step stool Is solid. Plus, it is lightweight to lug around from room to room. Great to dust ceiling fans, tops of windowsills, change light bulbs and fire alarm batteries quickly and safely. I have had mine for 2 years and love it so much I buy them as gifts for others. I am a verified purchaser and definitely recommend this step stool.
