Seems sturdy enough - coud be a bit wider
The price was fair. The construction seems pretty sturdy, even though it's easy to pick up. Folds/opens/locks without much effort, and it's relatively light to carry. When folding, it has a red lock/unlock bar for safety. It could stand to be a bit wider, though. I bought one at Lowe's several years ago that was similar but wider, and it serves me better. However, needed another one and couldn't find anything this time like that old one I bought. This one is working as needed.

Bought this step stool cause my wife is only 5ft tall and she uses it for everything. ive been even using it for painting. you don't realize how much stuff you can do till after you get one. Heavy duty but not heavy. easy to pack away.
