Works great. Easy to maneuver around the house without banging against walls and stuff. When fully extended, it feels flimsy but it held me up just fine and I'm 210 lbs.

Would Not RecommendThe MT-13 is NOT 13 feet. It is a 10 foot ladder that has 13 possible positions. I only bought this because it was advertised as 13 feet. got is home and the discover it is not as Lowes advertised at all.

Would Not RecommendIt is only 13' when extended. It's only 5' when it's the inverted V, which I am much more comfortable using. And extension ladder is too unwieldy for me.

Very good and heavy duty ladder.
Ladder works good, seems to be well made and it is easy to use. The only thing I would change is I wish I had purchased a longer one. 13' just doesn't reach some places. Probably will get a 17' later on. But I still have not figured out how you make 2 step ladders with a scaffolding board between them as it shows on the box, without having to buy a second ladder!

Would RecommendThis is a great ladder, but getting used to the overall method of opening and closing takes some time and getting used to. I suspect as I use this ladder more, the operation will be more intuitive and easier. Otherwise, this ladder is a great tool and eliminates the need to have to work with multiple ladders on projects. Would RecommendI first purchased one of these ladders from Lowes quite some years ago, realized how many uses it had and began to buy them as presents for "Sons in Law" as I gained them one daughter at a time. Great Ladder, Length Not As Advertised
The "13 ft" model is a bit of a misnomer or just straight up shady marketing. This ladder, when fully extended, is only 10 feet 6 inches tall. The fine print in the manual lets you know this, but it is still marketed as a 13 foot ladder. So just be warned. Make sure you get the right length. Docking two stars from my review because of the bad marketing. It really is a good ladder though.

Would Not RecommendThis is suppose to be a 13 foot ladder. It was delivered on time. When I looked at the ladder info it was a 10 foot ladder. It says on the paper work that it has 13 positions that the ladder can make not a 13 foot ladder. This is a major problem, went back to Lowes to return it for a 13 foot.
