I bought this for my daughter a couple years ago when she bought her house, she is a single mom and does the handy work around the house herself. She was changing an outdoor light when she felt the ladder start to lean, at that point the leg literally snapped off, which sent her to the ground. While she was not seriously injured it could have been much worse. I can not find a customer support number or email do I am using this review to contact you, please respond. Thank you

Versatile, reliable ladder. Great customer service

I have owned this ladder for about 10 years and and it has performed flawlessly. Love the adjustable feature that allows me to use safely on stairs. I recently needed to contact customer service and was over joyed with the response from Werner. Prompt replies to my emails and competent, professional communications. My next ladder will be a Werner!

Great ladder except claimed length.

This is a great ladder if you need 11' like I needed, no way it is 14' claimed here. I read few reviews, found one on sale and bought it. It is heavy duty and well made for sure, stable and easy to set up, fits in the trunk of car without folding seats. Even though made in China, it is quality for sure.

Ladder to have.

I was always Little Giant fan but as of few year back, their quality went down. I have an older Little Giant M22, Made in USA and it is a beast (yes, it is heavy but excellent quality). This ladder is the SAME as older LGs, very well built and simple to operate, far exceeds new LGs in quality. It is China made but aluminum is aluminum. I have to say this though, it is NOT 13' as others mentioned, more likely 11' at best but in my case that's what I needed.

Awesome ladder

I love this ladder because it is sturdy and also has many options for height. I feel safe on it even at the highest height.

Solid ladder for the price

Its flexibility is key. I can leave extended outside or fit it in my utility closet inside. Soild build. Wish the rungs had a bit more grip.

This is a great light and easy to carry ladder....

l love how I can carry this ladder with no problem and can extend it easily . I couldn't find a better price anywhere else. I would reccomend this ladder to anyone looking for a convenient and easy to store away ladder.

Great for storage and safety

This is great if you store in a shed or do not have a truck and need to fit it in a car. The extension feature is excellent and is perfect for what I need it for.

A "Must Have" For Any Homeowner

Even though it is not the tallest ladder, this is a perfect ladder to complete 90% of the jobs you may run into. As others mentioned, it is a 14 Ft REACH, not a 14 Ft ladder. If you are using this as an A frame to access things on the floor up to 10 ft, you will have no issues. Works really well on staircases as well with the multiple adjusting legs.

Great ladder!

Works great and safe to use. Sturdy, and has plenty of distance. I have very high ceilings and it allows me to reach my air filter hassle free. Cannot best this ladder for the price point.

Ladder

Ladder is perfect in size. I was able to transfer it in a small car. The only negative about it it’s that it’s a little heavier than expected.

Good ladder

There are many manufactures out there making these style ladders. I have used them all and these Werner brand ones are my favorite. I bought this 14 foot one for using indoors because I already had the 22 foot for outdoors. This one is light enough to carry under one arm and stored easily. The only thing I would like to see Werner start offering on these ladder is the adjustable feet for uneven surfaces. If it had that feature I would have given it 5 stars.

I work out of a service van and this ladder is compact enough that it doesn't take up a lot of valuable space yet folds out enough to complete almost any task. only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner.
