Would RecommendGrill is great. Lowe’s ordering, communication, and assembly—not so much. I selected same-day pickup with free assembly, only to find out (after multiple chats) that it wouldn’t be ready for four days. That timing wasn’t communicated anywhere on the site or in my order details, so there was no clear expectation of when it would be ready. I understand there may be staffing or backlog constraints—but then set that expectation upfront. Don’t advertise same-day and leave customers with no visibility...
Great grill
Would RecommendLove the bbq. Perfect steaks. The only thing i' m not happy about the bbq is that it's bad on a windy day. So many holes on the sides, once you open the lid on a windy or even when lid is closed the fire goes out

Works great!
Would RecommendWorks great, been wanting a Spirit grill for a while now and finally took the plunge. Was worried about others complaining about not getting enough gas flow to the burners, but I had no issue there. Just note that it's a bit awkward and heavy to wheel around if you plan to do that.

Nice, but a downgrade from previous generation
I dislike that it is missing the propane tank scale that the older Spirit grills came with. And I dislike that you have to pull the drip pan out of the back instead of the front, which means having to move the grill if it is against a wall.
