Third Weber Grill- worst starter ever
Would Not RecommendThis is my third Weber gas grill- I’ve had it for about 6 months now. I started with a Genesis- which was an incredible grill. My last grill was a Spirit, and I noticed that the stainless steel was much harder to clean than my Genesis- I assume it’s a lower grade. I got this grill because I thought the black powder coating (which I like) would be easier to clean. And it is. But now they’ve messed with the starting mechanism. Would Not RecommendI love the Weber grill. This is my second one. I have had a terrible experience with Lowe’s. My first shipment was damaged. They were supposed to send me another one. They sent me a display model that was scratched up and the wheel falls off when I move it. I called and started a claim and they said I would be contacted within 24 hours. Expect delays
The product is fine, although Lowes service was less than desirable. First, we purchased the grill to be picked up at a Lowes 10 minutes from our home, then shortly after the purchase, Lowes changed the pick up location to a store 50 minutes away and the pick up date for 2 weeks later. It came assembled but the drip pan was not properly installed and there were extra pieces which I still d not know what they are for.
