Would Not RecommendAfter the fist time I used this grille, the black hood began turning white. Lowe’s told me to contact Weber, I did, and they gave me a run around, saying I put my cover on while it was hot which did that. It didn’t. If that was the case, it would have been all over the hood, not only behind the handle where the cover doesn’t touch. They wouldn’t send me a new lid, but instead would only offer me a cleaning solution to try and get it off, which would conveniently take me past the 30 day return wi...

Misleading accessories
Would Not RecommendReally wanted to love this grill, but so disappointed. Bought it specifically because it states it will work with the Weber Crafted system and I wanted the griddle and pizza sections. It does NOT WORK WITH THE CRAFTED SYSTEM. I purchased the frame kit and griddle and they are too long for the box of the grill. They don’t fit. Now I cannot return the grill. Highly disappointing.
