Would RecommendJust used these for searing some pork chops and steaks and they turned out phenomenal, I used my Vortex under the sear station and it created an inferno of heat. Very well built with some heft to them.

Great additional tool for searing
Would RecommendI have only used this tool once but it worked beautifully searing perfectly a large fillet of Ahi ( Yellow fin Tuna). I sprayed the grate with a non stick spray before using it and the fish did not stick as I turned it over. I will try meat on the next use. Based on how it worked with fish, I believe meat will be easy to sear perfectly.

Sear grate spacing
Would RecommendIt is a suitable replacement for the other grill grate that broke. However it would be better if the spacing between the grill bars was smaller, for smaller cuts of meat the grill marks do not show up well, and that is the whole reason to have a grill grate?
