Would RecommendI’ve had this griddle for about two years. I seasoned it in the oven like you would a cast iron skillet. I mainly use it for tacos and I use the other side for the tortillas. Beats have a whole other unit.

Would Not RecommendThis is a very nice griddle. You need to know that you’re going to have to remove one of the grates to properly use this griddle. It is not easily removed without getting your hands dirty. It works great and cleans up well.

Too short
Would Not RecommendI bought this last week and I was looking forward to reviving it and starting new recipes with it. Unfortunately, it is too short for the 330 genesis grill I have... we cannot use it. So disappointing for a Weber product.

Food tastes so much better
Would RecommendI owned myself a grille for ages and with all of them I owned, I had to Jerry rig multiple cut outs of cast iron to the inside of the grille. In some cases, if the grille was hot enough it would melt the zip ties holding the cast iron to the grille. When it gets in the food, it starts to taste a little like burnt rubber. When I got myself a Weber grille I saw that it had a griddle insert so I had to test it out. And to my surprise it fit without the need of zip ties and my family was very cheer...
