Outdoor German Potato Pancakes
Would RecommendMy wife would make Potato pancakes once in a blue moon, only because the grease splash clean-up was the only thing not to look forward to. But with the cast iron insert, and no mess in the kitchen, our family enjoys this traditional German side more often. Works great!

Would RecommendThis not only rocks as a nice way to saute and cook other things on the grill, but I use it to serve whatever I'm cooking on the grill and it keeps it hot. It's a good looking piece to serve food on. It's currently one of my most used pieces. It cleans up really easy too. This was one thing I was not sure I would use much but instead it has quickly become my favorite. It's not a normal cast iron pan it seems like it is coated with something that makes it fit for serving as well as cooking. Love ...
