Would RecommendThis inset was included with Lowes purchase, only problem is to use it you have to buy accompanying add on to use. Example griddle etc.but you at least have the starter piece

if u want to make smash burgers eggs etc this is great u still need the cast iron flat pan but now i can grille and do my veggies or breakfast etc

Would RecommendSo happy I grabbed this because it changes my grill into do many things. Im able to put my pizza grate on it and the griddle. It helps make it fun to grill. It also came free with the grill so definitely was happy with that

Would RecommendProduct was good, but customer service at another Lowe's store in Hauppauge was of no help. Got it resolved at the Smithhaven store out east. Your stores should be able to look up on your computers when the item is bought for misplaced register receipts like Costco does.

Should just come standard
This should just be included with the grill and have the grill accessory that fits into it come standard. It's obnoxious to switch between the grill grate and this to put in different plates.

Frame Rack Possibilities
The Weber Crafted Genesis Inset frame rack came as a gift when I purchased the Genesis S-315. I normally just grill on the barbecue grill. However, the frame kit opens up more possibilities in using the grill with the Weber's grill ware: wok, griddle, or griddle basket. The con is the extra cost to buy the grill ware and old habits in cooking are hard to break.

Would RecommendThe grill is built well and looks great. Have been a Weber customer for over 50 years and this four burner grill has not disappointed. The bonus inset frame has come in very handy as well.
