Loved it so much at our
Loved it so much at our rental, we bought one for our home. Easy to set up (no plumber needed) with everything included. Narrow, deep and tall, it intelligently minimizes space use under your sink. No PhD required to use. It clearly lets you know when filters need replaced (rarely and easy). Buy the remineralization cartridge if *not* using for humidifiers or if your tap water pH is close to 7.0.

As a design engineer, I am impressed with the thought that went into this water filter system. It was way easier to install than my last system, and the water taste is excellent. The TDS readings went from 140 grains out of the tap to around 9 out of the RO filter. Note: during the installation, refer to both the quick guide and the full manual, and take your time. I really love the idea of the
I really love the idea of the under sink reverse osmosis system. The product works well, looks nice, fits well under the countertop, and install was simple. The product is definitely expensive, and my issue with the system is the alkalizing filter. It definitely adds a taste to the water, but they don't make an alternative filter that fits in the X12. It also seems like the filters are often out of stock, which would render the RO system unusable

I got this on sale in December as a Christmas gift for my husband who was always hauling in 5 gallon water bottles for drinking. He was excited but once it was installed he was thrilled! Works awesome. It had pretty clear instructions with only one picture I didn't understand but figured out. Endless fresh water at the turn of a knob. To me it tastes like Fiji water which I like.

Product is larger than expected. Measure first before buying. It still fit under it sink and works great. Install was way off you have some basic handyman skills. Instructions are god and detailed although it never mentions using the plumbers tape provided. Don't forget to use this or it will most likely leak. Water taste is excellent. Why did I wait so long. Our building has excess chloroform in our water in addition to several questionable odors. Gone. Only thing to know before buying, this machine does have a refrigerator like sound. But I would say some tradeoffs are totally worth it.

I do love the new system. The
I do love the new system. The water flow is much faster than our previous system, so pot filling occurs much faster. I do with there was a way to adjust the flow so that when I wash fruit, the flow would be slower so the water didn't splatter everywhere.
