Would Not RecommendThe unit needs to be replaced. I paid a licensed plumber $450 to install the unit and in spite of following the instructions exactly and viewing Youtube videos online it leaks at the back at the water supply input. The connections for the water lines are a very poor design

Love this system after researching the depths of the internet to find something suitable for our house. We used to use Brita filters and the pitcher would crack easily or filters are replaced regularly. It was wasteful and inconvenience. I don't have to think about getting my water now. I just walk up to the sink, flip a lever and clean fresh water fills my cup!
