Great for roadtrips

Purchased for use when traveling away from home. We have a Chargepoint at home, but in researching hotel chargers around the southeast, many of the available chargers seem to be destination Tesla. Used the Lectron adapter yesterday and it was easy to attach to the charger and car, as well as releasing when finished. I checked several times over 5 hours, and the adapter and charger handle did not feel hot or warm to touch. Worked great, and nice to have access to Tesla chargers when travel...

Effective for Tesla to Mach E

I use this for home charging for my Mach E. My husband already has a Tesla set up for home charging so I put this adapter right on his charger and it works great!

perfect to adapt my Tesla charger for new EV

Works perfectly to charge my new EV at home using my Tesla level 2 charger i had Installed for my first EV. I’m getting the full 11kw as i did with the Tesla and the adapter is a very solid item.

Great Level 2 adapter

Bought Toyota RAV4 Prime and have a Tesla with a level 2 charger. Bought the adapter for the RAV4 and charging went from 120 volts at 10 hours to 2.5 hours with adapter and 220 volts level 2 charger. Great quality and works perfectly.

Nicely made product

It works perfectly and it's nicely made, but I didn't see ingress protection or NEMA safety certifications, so I will not be using this outside.

Fisker Ocean

I have a Fisker Ocean which works with 1772. I bought this adaptor so that I can be prepared to charge with the Tesla chargers. It's a nice piece of equipment, sits in my trunk at the ready, for when I need it.

Lectron quality is top notch.

Lectron products are top quality and this unit allows me to use a Tesla L2 EV charger on my J1772 vehicle. Which charges almost twice as fast as the level 1 charger provided by Kia.

It works

Using this with a Tesla wall charger and a Ford Lightning. I had problems initially. I had to log into my wall charger and change the settings to allow any vehicle (not just Tesla) to charge at it. I also used this adapter with a Tesla plug in charger and that worked fine as well.

More solidly built than other options

We had previously purchased a different adapter, but had an issue where when we plugged it in our Rivian signals an error and you would need to wiggle the plug out and re-insert it for it to work. This adapter does not have that problem, and also seems more sturdy and robust.
