Temp gauge
Would RecommendWish it had a digital read for temp. I don’t like the dial and choices of temp. It would be better that once you dial, you got a read out of where it is. I do like this fryer as I had a smaller one and this allows me to cook more at once, I went from two egg rolls to 6 at a time. Despite temp gage reading, i do recommend this fryer.

This is one of those things SOMEone in the family should have, like a brûlée torch or a punch bowl, to be shared when needed. It works well, easy to use, and not difficult to clean after using. If using for non-protein foods, the cooled oil can be very easily strained and returned to the bottle for a few more uses.

Would RecommendExcellent to use. Holds temperature well for its size. Compact and lightweight. Not the easiest to drain and clean, however. But a great buy for the price.
