It’s convenient

It’s a very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m on my 4th one and typically have to replace them every three years to maintain maximum efficiency since the feed button stops working after three years, and wheels keep loosening up and falling off. Other than those two negative issues this is a fantastic tool and a great value.

Fine For basic Lawn Maintenance

Not super powerful. nothing bad really stuck out about using it, but nothing great stood out either. It is kind of short, so if you're tall it can be uncomfortable to use.

Best Lightweight Weed Eater

This will be the second one of the WORX I have had. The first lasted about 12 years. Very dependable and easy to use.

This is my third time purchase. On demand feed is a good improvement

piece fell off, lost forever and thing is useless

Was able to use this trimmer a handful of times before the cap that keeps the string in fell off somewhere and I spent 3 days searching for it, and I'm wondering if it literally disintegrated. Now this thing is useless/just another chore for me to fix/deal with and I hate it

lightweight trimmer

I thought it would be more like the two failed 13" I had. It is much lighter duty and doesn't perform near as well as the 13". But they kept failing so I tried this one.

False advertisement.

I know the description states tool-only, but the box shows 2 batteries and charger are included, they are not. It shows that they are included in 2 different places. If it wasn't for needing it so badly I would just return it. But I don't have the time to deal with it. But, it will be the last Worx item I buy due to issues with Worx's parts ordering and the false advertisement they put on their packaging.
