Great tool does a good job. Perfect for the older woman or man who don't want lots of weight in their weed eater.

Got the spools but no trimmer!

Big power, light design

Powerful trimmer with a relatively lightweight frame makes for easy, versatile use for any job needed. Only negative is the battery life. Need to charge/swap batteries if I want to trim and edge in one session but for the weekly needs this has just enought juice to get things done. Unless you gave a very large property this will do everything you need.

Not For Me

The edger has little power and short battery life. One of the 2 batteries does not show how much charge it has once it is out of the charger no matter how many times you push the button. I despise the step on a piece of plastic to change between edger and trimmer. It is not efficient nor convenient. Also, what is with that awful sound when you move the head up or down?!? Worx 20 v String trimmer

This is my 3rd one. I am 80 yr old and cannot handle heavy trimmers and edgers. I have worn out 2 and that is hard to do they are so well built. Love, Love, Love my WORX

This product is very easy to use and is lightweight so you are not tired with handling it. The edger is great and always look forward to using it, to complete a nicely done lawn.

I loved my first Worx trimmer!! Lasted almost 10ths. I don’t think I have put together wrong but it is heavy & tilt so therefore string is not as detailed or as low to ground?? Not happy at all with this new one!! Thought about returning item & getting plain Worx with no wheel. I did remove wheel but not as easy to use. 😢. When I finish trimming it is very botched, crooked & bear!!!

This trimmer is great!

Love it. Light enough for this 77 year old lady to handle. This is my 2nd trimmer. My previous one is quite old but still works, but the batteries don't charge as long as they once did. Very happy with Worx products.

Lousy insturctions

Product works well, but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Also, in order to remove the spool and adjust the handle in place, the amount of force needed makes you feel like you will break it, but luckily, at that point, you will be so frustrated with the instructions, you just yank on it.

Good string trimmer for small yards

I really like this trimmer. It has enough power (20 V) to trim all my hedges. However, for the size of my yard, it took 4 spoils and 2.5 battery charges to complete the job. Good thing I have extra batteries. I would suggest the next generation have a spool with larger string capacity. Overall, I would recommend buying this trimmer.
