Nice extension

I used the extension to cut back overhanging limbs by my pond and it worked very well. I was amazed at the ease of attaching the extension and the great engineering behind it!!

fast and easy

Takes little time to put together. I already had two batteries that I received when I bought the Worx weed trimmer. So, pretty inexpensive. Watch the video and it's easy to assemble to the jaw saw and operate. The only negative, which is inherent in the operation is that when you extend something that has weight a long way from your body, you need a little strength to operate it. But, I love trimming the trees in my yard without having to stand on a ladder.

Great Tool!

Bought this a few weeks ago in order to trim Arbor Vitae with high broken branches. This tool did the trick! Able to reach, align and safely cut broken branches. Also quickly cut a 3 inch and 4 inch tree in minutes. Oil level gauge is a terrific feature. Highly recommended!

Be sure you order the right one

Be sure you order the right one for your model jawsaw the first time. I have the battery operated one, and mistakenly ordered the one for the corded saw. This extends your reach so you won’t need to drag out a ladder to reach those lower limbs and branches for the most part....making it safer.

JawSaw Ext. Pole

Surprisingly simple to use. The end where JawSaw Chain saw is attached is bit heavy so use your arm to support the pole when cutting. Cutting many branches from 5 trees was a breeze. However, arms would be getting tired so give yourself rest after operating for an extended period of time. Reading instruction sheets means BUISNESS! Safety first ....

Finally I saw I can use!

Because I'm somewhat clumsy my husband has always insisted that I do not use a powered saw. Getting older, using a hand saw has become harder to do. Recently purchased the Worx jawsaw and wish I had it years ago. This will be one of the most useful tools I have and I will actually need to convince my husband that I can do the work because he enjoys the jawsaw so much he wants to do it! Thank you Worx for this outstanding saw.

Too heavy and inconvenient

I bought this about a week ago and tried to use it but felt very uncomfortable

easy to assemble

i found that when you add the pole the saw become very heavy and hard to handle. being a women, i dont have the upper arm strenth of a man . would not recomend this unless a man is going to use the pole. I can handle the saw with out the pole very easily.
